We have a well-equipped gym with cardio machines, strength machines and free weights from Life Fitness.

To take your play to the next level, we recommend including regular gym training in your routine.

Strength training is the key to increased muscle strength, which not only gives you more powerful racket strokes, but also increases your endurance during long matches. In addition, strength training acts as an important component for injury prevention by strengthening the muscles around joints and reduces the risk of injuries, especially in areas such as the elbow and shoulder.

Age limit 16 years. Children under the age of 16 may exercise in the company of a guardian. Children under 10 are not allowed in the gym.
If you are under the age of 16, you can book a session with one of our PTs and get a certificate that you can buy a gym card (see below).
